 Customer Cancellation Insurance

WillBOutside holds Professional Indemnity Insurance but would always recommend that you purchase your own Personal Accident Insurance (including Cancellation Insurance) for all courses . It is a small cost to give peace of mind and to protect against any monetary loss, should you have to cancel your place on a course for reasons beyond your control.

Health and Safety

All participants should recognise that climbing and mountaineering are activities with a danger of personal injury or death. Participants in these activities should be aware of, and accept these risks, and be responsible for their own involvement.

As part of our booking process, we require clients to acknowledge their awareness and acceptance of these risks, and their responsibility for their own actions and involvement.

We will teach clients how to manage risks, but can never completely remove them.

For all activities we provide a form that will need to be completed by any client, covering medical, risk and liability factors associated with their booking. Clients are responsible for the full disclosure of any medical conditions or disabilities that our Instructors need to be aware of for personal and group safety management purposes during booked activities.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings at any time if a client engages in unacceptable behaviour towards instructors or fellow participants. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, physical threats, harassment, or any actions that compromise safety or well-being. In this instance, we reserve  the right to refuse service and cancel bookings without refund. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all participants and appreciate client cooperation in upholding these standards.

Clients are responsible for the safekeeping of all equipment issued for use during booked activities. With the exception of fair wear and tear, WillBOutside the company reserves the right to charge for equipment that has been lost, damaged or misused.

Photographs

From time to time, WillBOutside may wish to take photographs during booked activities and use them for promotional purposes in printed literature or online.  Our booking form includes a photographic consent statement, to allow you to confirm or decline consent to this.

Safeguarding

We are committed to the health, safety and well-being of all participants, including children and vulnerable adults . We will take reasonable steps to ensure that our instructors are competent, confident and safe to work with children and vulnerable adults. We require you to state at the time of booking, if your booking includes children or vulnerable adults, and we also require a parent, legal guardian or other responsible adult to attend the booked activity, this may incur an additional cost.
