Welcome to my rock climbing coaching ! Join me for personalised coaching sessions that will work on technique, strength, safety mind set and injury prevention. We will look at building confidence and enhance your skills, I will be there to support you every step of the way, helping you reach new heights in your climbing journey.

I would usually deliver my coaching sessions in the Gloucestershire area, but please do get in touch to discuss if you would like a coaching session elsewhere.

Coaching

In this three hour session we will look at warm ups and why they are important, also look at techniques that you may need help improving. We can also discuss ongoing support and coaching if required.

Block Sessions

My block sessions are normally followed on from my 3 hour coaching session where we have come up with a coaching plan. These sessions allow us to dive deeper in to each technique and gives you the time to practice and develop with no added pressure.

Taster Session

On my taster session I will normally have a chat about you and what you want from coaching. I'll also see you climb and give you some advice on whether my coaching will help you improve or is needed.
